On the constitutional void in Haiti A foreign policy informed by the sense that self-governance and the pursuit of equality has been and remains a struggle in both Haiti and the United States may go some way towards bringing about a more nuanced and constructive approach to Haiti's political crisis. Wargaming revival at MITEyal Hanfling MIT researchers have been developing the craft of wargaming since the late 1950s. Lincoln Bloomfield, a MIT professor, and other faculty affiliated with CIS were pioneers of modern wargaming technology.
